First of all, I am SO sorry for the way I explain things: I'm just reaaally bad at it! If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I will be happy to help you.

I am in no way trying to show you the way it has to be done. This technique is not the right way of doing it. This is just the way I do it most of the time. You should use this as a simple guidance instead.

To follow this tutorial, you will need:
:pointr: any sort of drawing software (I used Photoshop CS5, but it will pretty much work with all other softwares)
:pointr: a Graphic Tablet (I use the inexpensive Sweex Widescreen Tablet available on Amazon)
:pointr: Patience! Not only because you might not understand a step due to my explanation skills, but even if you follow the steps correctly the outcome might not be perfect in your eyes. Keep practicing and use different methods and techniques, because practice makes perfect! :aww:
:pointr: Simple drawing knowledge. I don't consider this tutorial to be one for absolute beginners, because I'm not explaining the steps in too detailed (e.g. showing brush settings etc.), but if you have questions, please leave a comment! :aww:

Do you use pen pressure settings with your Sweex tablet? I use photoshop cs5 as well but I can't get pen pressure to work with my tablet.

yes i always use pen pressure with all the tablets i use.. make sure you have your tablet's latest driver installed

Ich finde das Tutorial richtig gut! ^^
Mein Problem sind bloß die Wimpern..
Ich benutze Gimp, aber damit sehen die Wimpern dann ziemlich steif aus und nicht so
schön weich wie die im Tutorial.. :/

freut mich, dass du das hilfreich findest. ich habe zwar nie wirklich mit GIMP gearbeitet, aber ich empfehle dir die einzelnen striche zu zeichnen und dann mit einem tool zum verwischen die spitzen der wimpern verwischst. ich habe dir mal ein video rausgesucht: [link] spul ein bisschen vor (04:00) da wird gezeigt wie einfach es ist wimpern zu zeichnen. hoffe ich konnte helfen :aww::heart:
